Article 1 — Identification of the website owner

This website (lmh.pt) is owned by LMH – Consultoria Estratégica, Projectos Integrados e Governança Corporativa, Lda, with registered office at Rua do Oriente, 1C, 2830-500 Palhais, Barreiro, registered at the Lisbon Commercial Registry, with an office at Avenida do Brasil 1 (Centro de Escritórios Campo Grande), 1700-062 Lisbon. Article 2 — Purpose

This website is institutional and informational. It presents LMH's activity in strategic advisory, corporate governance, economic, financial and tax advisory and related areas, the founding partner's profile, and links to editorial content published in the press. The site has no contact form: contact is made through the addresses shown. No goods or services are sold through the site, and there is no user account registration.

Article 3 — Nature of the information

The content provided is for information only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial or professional advice, nor does it create any professional relationship or engagement. Sending a message to the contacts shown does not establish a professional relationship or acceptance of an engagement; any professional relationship depends on a separate agreement and a prior conflict-of-interest check. LMH provides consultancy and business advisory services; the legal component of its engagements is handled by lawyers registered with the Portuguese Bar Association, working in partnership, and LMH does not perform acts reserved to lawyers under Law no. 49/2004.

Article 4 — Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, images, photographs, design, logo and code — is the property of LMH or of third parties who authorised its use, and is protected by copyright and related rights (CDADC — Law no. 63/85) and other applicable law. © 2026 LMH. All rights reserved. Reproduction, distribution or transformation is not permitted without authorisation, save for personal and non-commercial use. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only, without implying affiliation or endorsement.

Article 5 — Rules of use

The user undertakes to use the site in good faith and lawfully, refraining from interfering with its operation, attempting to access restricted areas, extracting data in bulk (scraping) or any use that breaches the law or the rights of others.

Article 6 — Availability

LMH seeks to ensure the site's operation but does not guarantee permanent, uninterrupted availability, and may suspend it for maintenance or for technical reasons. Content is provided as is, with reasonable efforts as to accuracy and updating.

Article 7 — Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LMH is not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, or from decisions taken on the basis of the information it contains. Liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for harm to life or physical integrity, and the non-waivable rights of consumers (Decree-Law no. 446/85 and Law no. 24/96) are neither excluded nor limited.

Article 8 — Links to third-party sites

The site may contain links to third-party sites (for example, press articles). LMH is not responsible for the content, availability or policies of those sites.

Article 9 — Data protection and cookies

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

Article 10 — Dispute resolution

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity under Law no. 144/2015 (information at www.consumidor.gov.pt).

Article 11 — Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. The Portuguese courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.

Article 12 — Changes

LMH may change these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update.
